Karolos Papoulias” Conference Center is an autonomous meeting and exhibition complex of spaces. It is located in the heart of Ioannina University Campus, 7 Km away from Ioannina City Center. It is built in two levels and may host up to 850 participants. The Conference Center includes:

» The Main Hall, which is a 452-seat auditorium, containing a theatrical stage, its back-stage area, translation studios and all technical facilities located on the 1^st floor of the Center and will accommodate all lectures of the Congress.

» 2 Conference Halls of 94 seats each for parallel sessions.

» 4 smaller Meeting Rooms.

» An Exhibition Hall and Poster Area of 489sqm in the ground level of the Center.

“Karolos Papoulias” Conference Center is offering a spacious open parking area around the center and accessibility for the disabled.

In the context of the conference there are scheduled bus services to and from the Conference Centre.

You can buy tickets next to bus station, the price of the ticket is 1.5 euro, on board is 2 euros. You should buy tickets for round trip from the kiosk in the center of city. The duration is approximately 20 minutes. The cost for taxi from Ioannina Courte house (city center) to conference center Karolos Papoulias is approximately 10 euros.
